No. To be listed in the directory, you need to log in to the PTA Website and opt-in to our Borel directory. Please view the steps here to opt-in and get access.

Borel Bobcat Chat is the weekly email newsletter published by the PTA. It is sent through the Membership ToolKit (MTK) database. If you are not receiving it, please reach out to Tech@borelbobcats.org. Borel Bobcat Chat is intended to convey pertinent information about school and PTA happenings. Did you miss last week's? An archive can be found at BorelBobcats.org/chat. Occasionally, the PTA will send a stand-alone message which is typically a reminder about an upcoming event or deadline.

There are two distinct ways families will be reached. The School uses "Parent Square" to deliver school newsletters and phone calls directly from Ms. Notte. The PTA relies on information from our website to disseminate its Borel Bobcat Chat and other direct emails. If you are not receiving the "Borel Bobcat Chat" on Tuesdays, please reach out to Tech@borelbobcats.org. Information was imported at the beginning of the year from the District's database but families are able to change their preferred email addresses directly by logging into the PTA Website. Doing so, however, will not change the contact information in the School District database. See "How do I change my preferred email address" for instructions. Other means of communication include the School website and the PTA website.

The school messages are sent through Parent Square. To change the primary address for Parent Square, contact the school office with your preferred email address, and be sure to include your child's FIRST and LAST name. To change the primary address for all PTA correspondence such as Borel Bobcat Chat, write to Tech@borelbobcats.org.

Yes and No. Becoming a Corporate Sponsor of our annual Spring Auction provides great exposure to our Borel community as sponsors' names are highlighted in the emails and on our Auction website. But, no, we do not sell advertising space directly in our email newsletters.

There is a password-protected online directory available on the PTA Website. View the steps here to opt in and get access. In addition, you can access the directory, calendar, and the full PTA website by downloading the free Membership Toolkit app onto your mobile devices (App Store and Google Play). That being said, some families choose not to list their personal information in the directory.
